Hey folks,

still pretty new to Houdini. I keep receiving this error on a create attribute node “unable to evaluate expression: Bracing Error (file path)”

Haven't found any explanations as to what this error means or how to fix it. Using Houdini 13.0.498

I keep receiving this error on a create attribute node “unable to evaluate expression: Bracing Error (file path)”

That means you have unmatched brace in your expression. A parenthesis should be always closed in other word there should be same number of “)” as “(”.

If you march over your expression with the left or right arrow keys, when you are over a bracket ( ) or a quote ‘ ’ or “ ”, the matching bracket or quote will highlight.
