Flip > bad jitter on the mesh ! FIXED

Hi, Ive seen a thread over at odforce on the bad jitter the mesh suffers with flip. I am filling a simple sphere and I cannot help but notice really bad jitter on the leading edge of the fluid and to a lesser extent on the main body where its in contact with the collision object .
Ive tried all the usual VDB tricks and even lowered the friction of the collision object to 0.1 so nearly frictionless. Has anyone else come across this ? Yoiu can see it clearly in the attached test mov
