I have the real time toggle and ‘Play every frame, but never faster than FPS’ activated, but still get to much FPS with playback.

Reading cached files from SSD is so damn fast, which is great, but I dont want to flipbook this just cause its too fast , ha!

Playback at FPS is pretty absolute. If it is playing back faster than FPS then please submit a bug to Side Effects with your hardware specs, OS, etc.
