I'm trying to get Houdini 7.0.23 apprentice version up and running on my XP box at home, and I get an error

Error 1335. This file ‘Data1.cab’ required for this instillation is corrupt and
cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error from the CD_ROM, or a problem with this package.

I tried downloading it again, but no beans with that either. Any help? Thanks!

Hi,

Did you download the file from the Sydney Vislab mirror [sidefx.vislab.usyd.edu.au]?

If you did, maybe the file did not download completely? The file size is around 82Mb so if you have anything less than that, please download it again.

Alternatively, you can use a download manager to download the file which will resume the download if the file is incomplete.

Well, I downloaded it twice from there, just to make sure, and they both had that problem.
and to be sure I got it from from here:

I guess it's like they say 3rd times the charm

because now that I downloaded (again) it it works! Thanks a lot!
