Hi there,

I'm really new to rendering in Houdini but I was wondering if someone could clear this up for me.
Is there a way to render to disk with a preview as it renders?
'Render to Mplay' shows you the render progress but doesn't save the file while ‘Render to Disk’ saves the file but doesn't show you the progress. Is there anything that does both?

You can view the partially rendered exr images in Mplay, or any image viewing app if you render into JPG at the same time when you render into EXR
