My Sim shakes???

I have done my first gas pyro sim.
As the smoke is expanding after 2 seconds it appears to go backward for one frame then forward for one frame but only in parts of the sim, it does this for about 1 second.
This appears like the smoke shakes. Can anyone tell me why this happens?
