Hello, I was curious as to whether there is general documentation somewhere that would be helpful to get started; understanding the controllers of the rigged biped. Just playing around with them is obviously the best way; - however, do the local and global controllers work the same way as in other animating programs? Is there a better way to control FK? (the arms and legs seem to be only in IK). . . a good tutorial or documentation would give helpful insight, I think.
thanks

Moin,
if you are using the new autorig tool, you may want to watch Michael Goldfarb's introduction course on that one:
But you probably did that already. In most rigs you can vary arm/leg controls from IK to FK and back (because for “real life animation” you just need both anyway). It obviously depends on how your specific rig is set up, but the example rigs that come with Houdini are quite suited for learning.

Good bye.
