Hi Guys,

I've asked this elsewhere but haven't gotten an answer yet, possibly because I wasn't being specific enough. So here's what I want to know:

How do I merge multiple objects (geometry) into my asset using a Multiparm Block (list)?

Cheers!

objectmerge already has multiparm, just promote it

but also you can use patterns in the object path like /obj/*

This. At no point did I realise this was possible. I love you.

Yeah, I tried that but it didn't work. Spat out a lot of errors instead of geometry. Still, solved my problem. Take the day off

Alright, stuck again.

How do I iterate over those multiple objects to use them in operations individually.

couple of options, but the best would be to check Create Per-Primitive (or Per-Point) path on Object Merge
then you'll get a path attribute (default name is objname) you can iterate over in foreach loop or use in wrangles etc.

I'm really new to Houdini, could you be a little more specific?

Never mind. A little reading up on the foreach loop and I've cracked it! Thanks so much for the help!
