Hi all!

Does anyone else get this, I often find that my zoom mode gets stuck on.
It seems to happen more when animating, often with the animation view and especially if I'm using the space hotkey rather than the alt one.
It's starting to do my head in because I have to quit every half an hour or so because of it.
I'm using a wacom on macOS.

Yes - but I think it's only the QT5 version. Did you try Qt4?

No I haven't tried that yet, but would switching to that cut some features out?

No features are lost on MacOs. In Linux you lose HiDPI support.

Hey this seems to be heaps more stable! Thanks so much for the heads up aRtye!

Started to reuse the qt5 version, as it's much more responsive to Wacom mouse clicks - qt4 requires you to sort of double click to get a proper response from the UI, and am hitting the stuck viewer zoom tool issue a lot.

Any and all ideas welcome on how to reproduce this so we can submit a bug.

Really? I'm loving the QT4 I haven't had any issues since moving to it.
Have you checked your Wacom drivers? (Make sure they are not up to date )

I'll have a look at the QT5 again and see if I can repro it. I seem to remember using alt to navigate in the animation view would get it often.

yeah - just updated and the MMB ladder menu bounces around crazily.

Oh man Why are wacom drivers such a scary thing to update these days!
This is what I'm on now and it seems pretty stable.

I'm still on QT4 though, I'm downloading the latest build today though so I'll give the QT5 one another go.

Just submitted a bug for the stuck viewport. Try this:

1. Press spacebar and click in the viewport with the LMB and RMB, then whilst tumbling the viewport move the cursor out over the Network pane then the Paramenter pane.

2. When the mouse buttons and spacebar are released the viewport will be stuck in tumble mode.
