Inconsistent bedrock layer when imported to UE4

Hi,

I have a simple HF->Noise->Erode network and all the layers are correctly imported to UE4, except for the bedrock layer.
The first image shows the bedrock layer in Houdini and the second one shows the same layer in UE4. It seems all the places not covered by other layers have the bedrock value set, is this the intended behavior?
