Hi, we've just discovered that the backup files can take up an enormous amount of room. How do we set a limited number of backup files?

A bit late to the party, but someone might find themselves in the same situation.

To fix this, In the houdini.env file You must set the max backup file environment variable to a desired number.

Example: HOUDINI_MAX_BACKUP_FILES = 32
