Hi!
I found the solution before posting but I'm posting for anyone else that get's this problem.
My timeline was set to 24 FPS but when I pressed play, it looks like it's going twice as fast and slows down a bit at the end. I found out there's a button to the right of the timeline called "Real Time Toggle". Now it feels like 24fps!
