Animation and Volume Imposter Texture example not working

I downloaded the UE4 Content Plugin with example files from https://www.sidefx.com/tutorials/game-tools-imposter-textures/. [www.sidefx.com] The materials for Impostor_Anim_01 and Impostor_Volume_01 are not working for me. When I apply the material to a plane, nothing shows up (like it's invisible). I don't have that problem with the toy_imposter_01 material. Using UE 4.25.4.

Any idea why?
