Hi team,
I've been bashing my head into a wall trying to learn houdini the last week and its beating me, Im trying to transition from blender into Houdini and I'm getting caught up on what would seamingly be such a simple task in other programs.
My questions is,
Is there any kind of blended workflow that i can approach houdini with? For example, can I set up my environments / objects scene etc in blender and then add the heavy duty aspects in houdini? like foliage scattering and destruction FX?
and is it worth doing so or pushing through the learning curve?
This question might be completely off target with what houdini should be used for but I just find it difficult to figure out a full workflow in houdini.
Any help is much appreciated!!

I doubt anyone will learn Houdini in just a single week. And, while many people split up their work between programs, for the sake of learning H, I would not advise so.
And yes of course, you can import all sorts of geometry eg. from Blender into Houdini and vice versa.
