Hello guys!

I am kinda new to how KineFX works and I've struggled with one particular setup I want to get.

Basically, I've imported a mixamo animation through "FBX Character Import" and it looks fine. Now, I want to attach a phone model to the model's hand so that it follows the hand's movement, but I've failed to achieve it.

I tried following this tutorial [www.youtube.com] , but trying to adapt it to my particular case didn't bring me any favourable results.

So I used "Capture Packed Geo" node and then attached it to the first import of the new "Bone deformer". But I fail to understand what should be done next since when I tried importing information from "FBX Character Import" the first output (Rest Geo) to the second input of the new "Bone deformer" and output from the initial "Bone deformer" to the third input and then merging it all, nothing really happened.

I am attaching the screenshot of my node tree as well as the archive of my setup + all the necessary models. I would be grateful if anyone could point out what I am doing wrong and how to make it right.

Thank you in advance!

Couple of crisscrossed wires there, and potentially a double up on bone deforms that you don't need.

I've tidied it up and named the sops a little more clearly, hope this helps.
