Euler rotation fixes not working in Chops

Hi there; I have a FBX file containing a camera that I'm importing into Houdini. When I do so, I notice the rotation values have these weird shapes in them:

This, to me, looks like Euler flipping. I can import these curves into CHOPS, but the eulerRotationFilter node does not seem to do anything to the curves at all, no matter how much I jiggle the knobs on that node. I'm confused whether I'm mis-identifying the problem, or misunderstanding what that node expects, or...?

Or: is there another way to fix these curves?

Thank you!

these don't look like raw rotation curves with euler discontinuities that can be fixed by euler filter, since the discontinuitied don't seem to happen over 1 frame

so either the curves with euler discontinuities were already processed and resampled or if this is some raw data from mocap it may have been already recorded this way, but it's hard to say without more info
