Hi guys,
Since I'm creating my groudn with an hieghfield in Houdini but I do all the rest of my stuff in Maya (renders and manual set dressing) I was hoping you could help me doing the bridge.
I want to expore my heightfield_scatter in Maya. So I can use to render it with Arnold (all my models are lookdev in Maya ready to use)
Is there a way or a tutorial who show how you export heightfield_scatter to MASH in Maya? like replacing the points of scatter of MASH from my houdini one?

No, Mash doesn't allow to load pts. The easiest way is loading them in Bifrost. Either export your pts with as an ABC or USD then you can render directly in Arnold inside the graph. Then you can scatter your models using the instance node or using USD now with 2.4 Plus it brings all the attributes and you can use them for shading or whatever.
Another way is going through H-engine.
