Hi, is there a way to block lights in Karma like Renderman or Arnold with filters?

yes, Karma supports light filters
either single node ones like Gobo, Gel and Barndoor which work with both CPU and XPU
or as more complex mtlx graphs supported only by CPU for now

have a look at Barndoor Light Filter, it has option to Invert Blockers to give you shadowing from inside rather than outside
