User interface in houdini is too small - how can inrease size of ui-font and ui-buttons?

Yes, - i know about it but no one option works...
I changed values at all parameters and got nothing - it doesn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
of course accept and apply buttons were pressed
Also i changed values in houdini.env (UIupscale) - and got nothing

did you restart Houdini? is working fine here, just test it out.
