Hello, I'd like to "extend" the end point of a curve (or alternatively, add a single new point somewhere along the curve), like this (in c4d):

We haven't upgraded houdini yet so we are still on 18.5, any tips appreciated!
The curve I'm working with was created using the draw curve node, and resampled with refine.

My current solution is to use the carve sop and do a really small first U / second U offset, set the cut mode to Keep Outside and Keep Inside, then it will make a new point just before the end point so I can then select the end point and move it.

Hey!

If you select your curve sop and press enter (above the viewport), you need to Shift + click close to the end point you want to extend. OR, if you want to add a point on the curve, do the same Shift + click but directly on the curve.

OHH, I didn't see the "Draw" and "resample" part. arg.. not sure how you can do it. sorry. If it's not a super complicated curve (after your resample), you can re-draw on top of the old curve with a curve sop. Above the viewport, press " x " and activate " point ". That way, you'll snap on points.
