RBD solver treats packed objects as one

I am trying to create a simulation where multiple cubes fall to the ground.
Each cube is a separate packed geometry. However, when I try to simulate it, the RBD solver treats them as a single object. Even when I enable the "Solve Per Object" option, the simulation outcome remains the same.

What am I missing?

Swap the RBDSolver with a BulletSolver.
Using Houdini Indie 20.5
Windows 11 64GB Ryzen 16 core.
nVidia 3060RTX 12BG RAM.

Thank you for your response! Could you explain the difference between the two solvers and why one works while the other doesn't?
