Hello friends, I need tips and advice to reduce time and optimize hair simulations in Houdini. I saw many videos on YouTube and the Internet, but after watching Andriy Bilichenko's videos, I think my knowledge is insufficient. Finally, I would appreciate it if you could guide me with tips on optimizing and reducing the simulation time of hair animation and in addition, I am a beginner in Houdini
You can SIM only a part of the individual hairs and fake some simulation with noise also getting a better CPU helps. I know using Linux helps with just working on hair i dont know if it reduces render times though.
