How to create float parameter without the "slider" UI

As title. I'd like to get rid of the "slider" UI so two float parameters can be nicely sitting on the same row.

It's in the tags.. add a tag, choose from "built in tags", down in the list somewhere you will find "No Slider", then it's gone.
