installing multiple packages on windows 11 houdini 20.0.625

Hello Community,

I ran into a problem where I can only install one package in th "/packages" folder. As soon as I have two .json files it only loads the alphabetically last one... I searched the innterwebs but I am at a loss. Can someone tell me how to install for example MOPs, qLib and ae-lib all together?

here are my .json files.
