Over the past few months, I have been thinking about an object-level HDA workflow for crowds in Houdini that can trigger certain dynamic events related to their animation states.

For instance, in this case, for the A1_Knight crowd asset, we have an object-level HDA tool called SIM_armorPieces that can run armor simulations based on their animation state for any amount of crowd generated with the crowdsource. Other tools could trigger certain FX events based on their behavior, like falling on the ground or any other behavior involving FX interaction.
