How can i make the pyro disturb the flip motion.Should i use the vel of pyro and plug in the post solve of the flip or do I need to anything using the volume nodes at the sop level.Which field or volume do i need to modify from and to? would be great if someone helps in this.Cheers

I see that my volumes are having rough dots as shown in the image
Im using a gaussian filter and my volume sample is 0.1
I have used depth map shadow with 2x2 pixel samples
How can i correct this?

Hi I have 3 houdini in my laptop.I have paid for one apprentice licence .2 of them are working fine.
the 3rd one which I installed with the new build tells
“that this software requires a license”

just one more question.
I tried to generate the point cloud from sops using ssspointcloud node
when i set the point cloud which i rendered in sops in the physical sss(read from file option) i get an invalid point cloud.. any idea on this?

i did the shader in H11.
and i thought h12 doesnt have single or multiple SSS nodes? may be because of that?

Im having h11 and h12 apprentice hd versions installed in win 64 .
my sys config is Intel core 2 quad cpu q9000-8gb ram-win 64
I tried other shaders sometime before,and it was ok.
now something seems wrong and its really very slow
I m hav tried rendering in pbr or ray trace or micropolygon and half hd resolution of 1280x720
is there any problem with my renderer?
PS the rendering works fine in other machine

I am using an explosion preset to learn pyro.From what i know
ignition temperature sets a threshold for fuel to start burning
the fuel will not burn if the ignition temperature is higher than the temperature
my questions
1) how can i find temperature? fluid source -1 and source volume-1 and volume operation=add.does that mean that temperature is 2?
2) now if i set the value of ignition temperature beyond 1 or 2 still i see the heat? but i dont see the burn moving with the sim.In h11 i used to see the burn field moving with the sim.With almost the same setting i did in H11?
