you're probably just missing a coupla simple nodes…and it doesn't have to be caused by Hole, you could easily get an eps with the fault as is. I've tested with a sample eps file and as you can see on the left…it is the fault that you are experiencing while on the right is the fix
it's quite simple…just a coupla nodes…but I'd like to test the workflow on your actual file with your eps.

I think the deform should by default be off, it's very annoying and rarely used…just me.

not an expert…but here's what I found, in the popaxisforce, behavior:
- having BOTH ignore Mass and Treat as Wind on will freeze.
- having at least ONE of them off (can have both off too) will work.
don't ask why…I have no answer.
EDIT: or leave them both ON, turn Air resistance down to 0…works.
- or nudge the value to other than 1…some value might work….a bit flaky…

you haven't made the connection to use guided sim, connect to the last slot.
Once connected, test it…it STILL just falls down,
then you go into Guided sim tab and enable Use guides.
THEN it works…
EDIT: ahhh forget the handholding…I'm sure you know your way around…just missed the use guided sim step, is all.

I bloody hope it was worth my time !!! tho I have a hard time visualising the usage, is there any basic setup that you can upload to illustrate ? don't worry if because of NDA, you can't, if you're happy using it, that's good enough for me.

without looking too much in details, the first observation I have is, I wouldn't use the SAME bevel for a HUGE font AND a little font…this would be hard to control, separate them out for finer controls.

ok then all that should appear as loaded assets, then you just pick one and hit create. Why they don't appear as loaded, I don't know, a tech support should jump in here I think.

sure can be done similarly, here's a simple example, in the transform1, there are a coupla Amps you can tweak.
There's also the CHOPs way but I'm not much chops there.
