Im using h19.0.383

I can't get the viewport to display polyline primitives
unless I am hovering over the vertices.

I would like the connected lines edges to stay on while Im moving the camera.

I think this is a new behaviour for H19.

Any ideas on how I can prevent this from happening?

I can't find a display option to display curves or polylines in the scene 3D viewport.
Is this a new behaviour for H19?
The only way they display as lines in the viewport is if the pointer is hovering over the line
or the nodes are in a selection box.

Help!

Thanks for the suggestion jsmack but Id rather put in an RFE to sidefx than mess with video drivers to fix this.

When I hover over the points or use a select box the polylines pop on, so I'm hoping for a viewport display option.

The Karma viewer displays polylines as tubes with spheres at each point.
You can control the width/thickness by creating a pscale point attribute.
Attributewrangle expression is an easy way to do that.

@pscale = 0.5;

If there is no pscale attribute Karma appears to default to 0.5

The Karma viewer can be engaged if you create a Karma out driver and click on the Karma viewport button.

I would prefer to use the Scene View 3D viewport to view this scene which has mostly lines.

Support at sidefx has investigated this issue and came to the
conclusion that my low end desktop on board Graphics hardware (Intel HD 630)
does not meet the system requirements listed here.

I guess I'm going to have to let this issue go.

I have a couple of workarounds:
1) Visualize the lines by converting them into mesh tubes with polywire or sweep sop.
2) Use the Karma viewport, which seems to convert to polygonal tubes under the hood.

It was working fine on Intel HD 530, which is even older, as long as the drivers are were to date. Don't use the ones installed automatically by Microsoft. Download the ones directly from Intel.

I tried updating the driver to the latest but it did not fix the issue.
I was hoping it would ...
generally updating drivers can result in new issues but based on your advice I thought it was well worth a try.
