How do I drive a Switch SOP input from a Wedge TOP attribute 2026年8月8日11:28
I'm doing something similar, I have an HDA to expedite wedge params like folder paths, files names etc - on my HDA I have a "Preview Wedge" slider that will swap wedges, here you might just use the HDA param to control the wedge and the switch -
python script module in HDA:
Callback script on int parameter:
python script module in HDA:
def select_wedge(node, index): # ← CHANGE THIS path to your actual Wedge TOP top = node.node("topnet1/wedge1") if top is None: return pdg = top.getPDGNode() if pdg is None: return # Prefer matching by wedgeindex attribute for wi in pdg.workItems: if wi.intAttribValue("wedgeindex") == index: top.setSelectedWorkItem(wi.id) return # Fallback if 0 <= index < len(pdg.workItems): top.setSelectedWorkItem(pdg.workItems[index].id)
Callback script on int parameter:
kwargs["node"].hdaModule().select_wedge(kwargs["node"], kwargs["parm"].eval())

Anyone else notice H21 pyro viewport rendering issues? 2025年11月27日3:24
I hoped this was just a fluke in one of my files but it's a constant issue for me - if I sim pyro I constantly get issues where my pyro volume just disappears while I click through the timeline. Oddly, if I quickly scrub the timeline and release, pyro renders, which makes me think this is just a bug with H21 - in this video I was trying to show colleagues the differences between attribs but this bug makes it kind of sad/hard to illustrate
(video attached, looks like video upload didn't work)
I've got an amd rx7900xtx (4090 equivalent) and like 7k$ worth of other computer components
Has anyone else noticed this issue?
Also, does anyone know where/how I can submit a bug report?
