Hello everyone,

I created a Houdini digital asset in Houdini Indie and is being sold. One person that bought my HDA is requesting a version for Houdini FX. I don't have Houdini FX, and I know SideFX does a one time file conversion. However, me doing updates to the HDA, one time conversions are not feasable, especially since I don't have an FX license.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can provide this HDA to all versions of Houdini?
Outside of having to purchase FX, do I have any options? I do want to make this HDA as accessible as I can make it.

What Houdini version are you using? The "ACES 2.0 SDR" is part of the Aces 2.0 config. My Houdini (21.0.440) still uses 1.3 with the ACES 1.0 SDR and my Redshift installation also uses the 1.3 version. Maybe there is a conflict between your Houdini Aces Profile and the RS-Profile?

I'm using production build 21.0.596

Redshift is pulling from the same config file houdini pulls from defined in the json file. So this error is from Houdini itself..

Hello everyone...

If anyone is familiar with this, I'm not sure why this is error is happening. It doesn't crash Houdini, but none of the lists in textures, cameras, etc, update properly and just give warnings.
This is not limited to Redshift, this is any of the OCIO configs I have.
