I can NOT import eps to Houdini. How can I do ?

Software information :
EPS format : Adobe Illustrator CS save as to version 3 EPS.
Houdini : V7 and V8

the attching file is my eps file.

I try the command hrender in the Command line Tools ?
But it can not work , the error Code is “ Unkown command ”
Oh,I forget to mation that my houdini run in windows 2K system.
