I upgraded to OS 10.6.3 and the install went without a hitch.

I'm trying to install Houdini 11 Apprentice on OS-X 10.5.8

The install log complains of inconsistent tabs and spaces in a python script somewhere, The line that's causing the problem reads, “ raise RuntimeError()” So I think the real problem is something else. When I try to open the file with the errant line in it to see what is trying to raise an exception, the file isn't there anymore.

Anyone else hit this problem? Any suggestions?

I have a smoke bomb RBD object bouncing around and I'm tring to get particles to spray out of the top of the bomb.

I tried using a source node in my popnet but can't seem to set a usable SOP. I'm pretty sure I'm doing it all wrong.

Sorry I'm new to Houdini from Maya (Love houdini, BTW… so powerful!)
