Primvar access issue with karma render Feb. 6, 2024, 11:26 p.m.
Hi there,
I am encountering a strange bug in Lops while view-port rendering using Karma.
When i change the value of some custom primvars (using a python script) that are used by the assigned material, it crashes the houdini/karma instance in about 80% of cases. The script is working fine and updating the primvars if i have my view-port set to Houdini GL/not actively rendering in Karma.
I am using Houdini version 19.5.798.
Does anybody else experience similar issues? Or is that something fixed in Houdini 20?
