Volumes Stretching and tearing? July 9, 2017, 11:45 a.m.
Hello All!
I am running into an issue where I have a volume stretching and tearing on seemingly random single frames. See Images below.
The expected result should be something like this:
The method I am using to generate this is creating meta-balls along a curve that decrease in radius over time. The artifacts shot up when the meta-balls are converted to volumes here:
I will work on uploading a test scene. There are a lot of caches for the anim at the moment so I will need to simplify before uploading.

Cusp direction to particles Jan. 12, 2016, 11:42 a.m.
Hey All,
I am getting back into Houdini after not using for a bit. I have an ocean spectrum that is emitting particles from the cusps of the waves. I would like to use the cusp direction attribute in the initial velocity of the particles. How can I get the attribute from the surface and use it?
