SOLVED. You need to go to the MuscleRig(s). Go to the capture/deform tab. Click on “Set Capture Pose” That will reset it to its original shape.

Hello. I'm trying to use the franken muscle shelf tool. As directed, I grab the muscle geo, press enter, grab the muscle rig(s) and press enter again. It cooks for a moment and the result is a deformed version of my muscle. I've seen the masterclass where the pig head is transformed into the muscle without a shift in geometry. Am I doing something wrong? please help.

The reason was that I was using the muscle rig as opposed to the stroke muscle
