After upgrading to MacOs Sierra my Houdini stopped working. The old license administrator for Houdini 15.0 does not even start (it exits silently from the dock after a minute or so, before even showing a window), so I installed 15.5.609. Now the licence administrator starts (after a long delay) but it asks me to upgrade the license server (see attached screenshot). The server that is running is
/Library/Frameworks/Houdini.framework/Versions/Current/Resources/houdini/sbin/sesinetd
while “Current” points to the 15.5.609 directory. But still the same behavior…
