I am on 19.0.531 and still can't find the "Enable Editable Node Tools".
Is it not available in an object level hda?

Hello!
Trying my hand at retargeting.
I follow the tutorial here [youtu.be].
But when hitting enter on the Rig Match Pose I'm not getting a rest pose as in the video (at 1:49). See my setup in screenshot attached. Without a matching pose the targeting is very off.
I have the rest pose in another stream... but connecting that, no animation is being retargeted.
What am I missing? Can I insert a rest pose in the animated stream? Is it an attribute or a clip?
