Hallo,
after lizensing houdini via the webpage I get this
$ houdini
$ Fatal error: Segmentation Fault
Saving application data to /tmp/delle.hip
Crash log saved to /tmp/crashlog_delle
X11 Error (3): BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)

Hallo,
some questions regarding the installation because I can't get it to work.
My System:
Linux Redhat 8.0, behind a firewall, e14base.dyndns.org
error message in sesinetd.log
20:32:29 10/21/02 sesid: delle@e14base.dyndns.org: attempt checkout Houdini-Master failure
20:32:29 10/21/02 sesid: delle@e14base.dyndns.org: attempt checkout Houdini-Master failure

must I forward a specific port in the firwall ?
UDP or TCP ?
any other tip ?
