Simple Game Baker in Commercial vs Non-Commercial: Bake Errors Sept. 14, 2018, 10:28 p.m.

I have a set up with identical meshes and networks. Bakes high to low with Simple Game Baker. The problem is that the non-commercial version of Houdini renders the maps out fine (albeit low res and watermarked), while the commercial version introduces a bunch of garbage. Images attached.
I tried addressing it with a cage, bias and ray settings to no avail.
What is it about commercial that would introduce this? Something with Mantra?

Our license for FX is temp, as a result we don't have our Mantra licenses yet. I'll let you know when we do and if that fixes it for us.
