Feather Resample geometry node

Resamples the shaft or barbs of a feather.

The Feather Resample operator is used to modify the density and smoothness of the shaft or barb curves of a feather. It allows you to increase or reduce the number of barbs or barb vertices to achieve the desired level of detail.

Parameters

Group

The group of feathers to be resampled.

Shaft Base

Resample Shaft Base

Resample base of the feather, the section from the root to the first barb pair.

Mode

The mode by which segment count is determined.

Count

Specify number of segments directly.

Length

Compute number of segments based on specified segment length.

Maximum Length

Segment length to use when Mode is set to Length.

Segments

Number of segments to use when Mode is set to Count.
