Why does Houdini brakes imported .eps?

I'm trying to import a snowflake .eps and this is what I'm getting:

Possibly anything.

However, it would be even better if you could attach the EPS file so that we could pinpoint the particular wrong.

I tried several files but none work.
These are the snowflake I needed.

Expand shape in illustrator and save it as Illustrator 8 format. Also you need to rework this shape a bit, there are double points on some places, all that may lead to wrong interpretation by Houdini.
