I was wondering if anyone could explain to me why i can not get reflections off a surface behind glass, eg. a pair of metal scissors in a glass jar. I am using the standard vex shaders.
The only thing I can think of is the raybounce setting is effecting it. Maybe you could post a scene file on odforce and someone could take a look at it.
The trick is finding just the right hammer for every screw
It has to do with Fresnel reflection which the shader uses. You can download another glass shader from odforce or set the Refraction index to 0.8 instead.
Alternatively, try the VEX Super Material instead.
