Hello, I have a cylinder that I am wanting to fracture, however, I only want one area in the middle to be fractured while the top and bottom pieces are left unfractured. How can I accomplish this?

You should have one point on Top and Bottom of the your cylinder , Because you wanna have only one piece on Top and Bottom
Check attached file

Hey thanks for the reply,

When I add the voronoi fracture points node into my network, I see that wireframe but there are no points inside of the blue wireframe.

Maybe I'm missing something. Here's an updated file where I try to replicate what you had done.

Thanks a ton! Houdini is one tough program so it's nice to know there's a helpful community to help me improve!

If I could maybe bother you for one more question, How would I go about separating the geo so some of it is active and some is static? Even after grouping or deleting out certain parts, once I'm in object level it still wants to make everything active.
