FBX Exporting

Hello,
I am trying to figure out the proper way to export a character rig from Houdini

I created the rig from a tutorial on digital tutors using the auto rig and muscles.

The rig works fine in Houdini, but im not sure how to export it if I wanted to use it in a program like Motion Builder

currently
in my Houdini file there is
the OBJs
The autoRig
The animation rig
The deform rig

is there a tutorial that will show the correct workflow to export the right FBX ?

I am using Houdini 15.5.6

Only bone skinning is supported. The only other way is if you export it in point cache mode but that's usually not what people want.

Note that IIRC MotionBuilder won't import blendshape settings (even from Maya), so if you're considering using them in MB you'll have to set reconfigure them manually anyway.

Thankyou very much! is there a tutorial on how to export it as such? iv never done that before ?

also for export it would i just be the deform rig I would use?
