I want to create tornado fx but I don t know
how to use force in houdini look like vortex in MAYA.

Try the 3DBuzz tutorials, I know there is one that explains how to create a tornado (Tornado FX) !

There is also the vortex force in DOPs now.

Just drop down a Vortex Force DOP and in it's help card, load in the example to see how to do it in there.
There's at least one school like the old school!
