helo i was wondering if someone can help me

im traying to set up a pdg system so i can batch convert my texture to aces workflow

so what i have is veryyyy simple im plugging a file pattern to a rop composite



in the rop composite is ahda that converts the texture to an acescg exr file



but all i get are black imges and i have no clue why
