I think they show up after last big update of win 10, but i'm not sure

That's nvidia being dumb and thinking all of the Houdini UI elements are different games. Try turning off the shadowplay HUD elements.

Ahh, yes!
That was it, in geforce experience menu, the instant replay was set to on.
