sorry if it is a silly question, but I am new to Houdini fx, the thing is I can't figure it out, what does i@elapsed < 3 mean? does it mean 3 frames or 3 seconds? Thank You !

this may be specific to your setup and whoever made that setup decided to create custom attribute called elapsed
the data that it represents is whatever they decided it to be
Are you seeing it being created by Houdini default nodes or some setup you inherited from someone?

if you say it represent's elapsed time then I'd guess from it being an integer (i@) that it represents frames (even though it would be more beneficial to store frames as float too, but that's not the point)

I'd chase up the network for what created the elapsed attribute and try to figure out what it really represents

thanks for the answer, it is about glue and hard constraints, it says to switch from glue to hard when i@elapsed < 3; so i guess it is frame.
