Hello everyone i'm a new in houdini and i want know how i can put values to 0 like maya? in maya we called "freeze trasnformation" i mean "transform node"(translate 0 0 0; rotate: 0 0 0; scale: 1 1 1 ...)thank you so much for your help greetings from Machu Picchu - Peru

You don't. Just add a second transform node.

A transform sop is always frozen. In maya, the transform being edited is the object transform, which can be frozen in Houdini using the freeze transform tool. This is unnecessary at the geometry (maya shape) level, as it's always frozen (baked onto the verts).

As jsmack said you are comparing apples to oranges

- both Maya and Houdini have Object level Transform and Geometry level transform(s)
- Maya calls geometry level Shape, Houdini calls it SOPs

- in Maya you are manipulating transform of an object, if you "Freeze Transforms" you will see it will add transformGeometry node in your Inputs, which you can probably also see in node editor
this transformGeometry node is at shape level offsetting the actual geometry in relation to the object's transform
- so essentially to reset transform it needs to move the object to 0 but then move the underlying geometry by the original values so that it visually does not move

- in Houdini it's the same, if you transform object at Object level, you can just select it and choose Freeze tool from Modify shelf
- it will place new transform SOP at geometry (SOP) level the same way as Maya does with transformGeometry node to compensate

In your screenshot you are already dealing with geometry level Transform SOP node
