Some time age, there was some tutorial on creating/converting an image file with particles, and it's manipulation on the image of choice. I can't remember what was or where the tutorial, but as i remember the content i came across was with Van Gogh's Stary Night painting, and then the color information was transfered to particles, and then the image becomes all wavey.
Please, anyone knows where i can find such tutorial, or atleast any on this specific subject?
